Description
The Nike Pro Tennis Elbow Band is an effective movement support product that helps mitigate the severity of tennis or golf elbow. However, until you get rid of those poly-monofilament strings or finally address the mechanics of the one-handed backhand, you will have a tough time ridding yourself entirely of tennis elbow. So, use this band and as a band-aid to get through the transition to more comfortable strings or a better-timed stroke.
