Description
The Nike Pro Ankle Strap Sleeve provides significant support for chronically weak ankles and/or serious injuries. This product takes up a lot of room in your shoe and will require a half size larger shoe to accommodate that extra material. It is recommended that what you do to one ankle should be done to the other as the body will try to compensate for changes in structure and strength. By giving both ankles the same structure and both feet the same height increase, you will be less likely to cause other structural/mechanical issues with the knees and hips.
