Domestic Shipping policy shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. 

Free Shipping on orders over $99.00 USD - Valid only in the contiguous United States.

 

  • Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.

  • Offer NOT valid on cases of tennis balls, orders containing demo racquets, or drop shipped items like Ball Machines or Stringing Machines.

  • Orders must have a weight of 12 lbs. or less.

  • Free ship method will be determined by destination.

  • Offer not retroactive on prior purchases.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking


You will receive a tracking number for your orders once they have shipped from our warehouse.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes


Ray’s Tennis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages


Ray’s Tennis is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy


To view international shipping rates, place items in the shopping cart. In the "Calculate Shipping" box, select your county then click on the arrow to view the available rates. Please note some products cannot be shipped internationally.
